By using DanceGuide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DanceGuide is a discovery tool for dance events. We strive for accurate listings but do not guarantee completeness or correctness of third-party event information.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

DanceGuide may send optional SMS alerts if you opt in via Settings → Notifications. Message types include: day-of reminders, weekly digests, event cancellation alerts, new event alerts for your saved styles, and organization shoutouts. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the app.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not misuse DanceGuide, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or use the service to harass others.

DanceGuide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for event cancellations, venue changes, or injuries at events you discover through the app.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
